Our simple promise is to bring people together through a better, more connected community. A place where you can discover Singapore, find useful links, stay on top of local news, interact with people from around the world, get reliable advice, have some fun and, above all else, meet like-minded people through fun social gatherings and networking events.

When building Social Expat, every effort was made to create a place that truly reflects the needs of a Global Social Community. We looked at community platforms from around the world, asked people what they wanted from a social network and drew on our own experiences to create something different: a place where people can connect, share experiences and feel part of something bigger.

We are proud to be different, unapologetic in our desire to be the best and thrilled to bring people from all walks of life together. Whether you are an expatriate, a local, a globetotter, or simply someone looking to expand your social circle, there is a place for you here.

If you have ideas on how we can be better, questions about life in Singapore, need advice or would like to become part of our team, we would love to hear from you. After all, a great community is built by the people who make it what it is.

On behalf of Social Expat, thank you for stopping by. We look forward to welcoming you into our community, sharing great experiences and, hopefully, meeting you at one of our events soon.
